He watched her leave and nodded approvingly. Apparently, the new Armory Chief made solid choices for his team. He turned and let the door close behind him.

Baumann, Intel

The door bell sounded Isaac was outside his team were talking about this man as if he was a god so he waited to meet him this man and see if he can get his team back to work.

Lt. Isaac Black (AC)

Baumann’s brow furrowed slightly and he keyed the door access so it slid open. Standing, he looked at the figure in the doorway and recognized the ship’s Armory Chief. “Ah. Lieutenant Black. I wasnt expecting to meet you quite so soon. But please, come in.” and he moved towards the man and extended his hand.

Isaac took the mans hand in his “ my team all waited to see you I am having a hard time keeping them Focused on their work maybe you can come by the armory to say hello to everyone so we can get back to work” he said as he examined the man he brought a little box with them also “oh here from one armory officer to an other” he opened the box to show a year one phase pistol.

Baumann took the gift and said “Lieutenant. This is an exceptional gift, and I will keep it gladly. Thank you.” and he gave the man a sort of half-bow. Baumann’s German accent was pronounced, but his speech was clear. “And I would be happy to do so. Actually, I am planning on visiting there tomorrow for some on boarding needs I will need your assistance in.”

He went behind the desk and motioned to one of the chairs, and said “Please, have a seat. I have personnel matter to discuss with you as well. And no time like the present.”

Isaac took a set and relaxed abit but not enough to show. “ so what are the needs you speck of” he said with a warm smile.

Baumann said “Well, there are two things. One. You have a Security Officer, one Ensign Prescott. I would like to transfer her to my office as my assistant. I can request a replacement for you so that you are not left shorthanded, if that would make such a movement possible. Two. I will need a single locker in the Armory. Nothing drastic, but I have some weapons and… other tools… I prefer to not keep in the office. That locker would be restricted access to only me. Now, I will happily allow you, and only you to inspect the equipment I am storing when it goes in. I am not required to, but I know from my time on the job that such a request would not be something I would relish. So, as a professional courtesy, I will allow you to review. And if there is anything that you are not comfortable storing it there, I will make other arrangements. Are those requests and conditions all right with you, Lieutenant?”

Lt. Isaac smiled “ ok consider Ensign Prescott On special assignment as your assistant. We have a Old heavy weapons locker that you can use and I like to go over what you will be storing in there” he said looking into Baumann eyes (you can tell that this man knows his stuff and has honor and respect When he talked in the Armory The officers listen to him)

Wulf nodded once and said “Very well. I will have the case brought on board and I will bring it to you tomorrow, if that works for your schedule?”

Isaac smiled again “I am free now nothing like The present” He said as a joke “ and I want to be very certain then whatever you bring on board is examined first before we store it”

Baumann simply inclined his head and then tapped a few commands into his terminal and waited a moment and then nodded. Looking back at the Lieutenant, hhe said “It will be here in ten minutes. You can review here, and then we can go to the Armory.” and he stood and walked over towards a small counter on which sat a steel pot. “Coffee, Lieutenant? I just made some.” and he poured himself a cup.

Isaac got up and smiled “sure how about adding a little bit of cinnamon to your coffee gives it a nice roasted flavor” he said as he relaxed in his chair fully.

“An interesting suggestion. I’ll try that next time. For now, I have sugar and cream. How do you take yours, Lieutenant?” Baumann asked as he poured the cup for Black.

Isaac checked his pockets and pulled a small pack of cinnamon. “1 sugar and a cream” He said he had enough cinnamon for both of them.
