Melissa walked into the gym and tossed the towel on one of the benches and stepped on the treadmill and set it to a moderate pace and began a morning run. She was tired of running the decks so decided to switch things up. She had a pair of earphones on and was listening to some old earth music. As she got warmed up, she increased the speed on the treadmill.
