Cain sat in his chain and opened the message from Starfleet. After reading it four more times he tapped his comm badge and said, =^=Commander Nyx please report to my Ready Room.=^= and braced for her reaction to this news.

Nyx, who was currently leaving the mess hall, redirected her steps. A moment later, the lift opened on the bridge and she stepped out. Wondering what Nightroad wanted her for, she walked to the ready room and rang the chime.
