Crew I have failed you and this ship it was not intentional when my dad passed away back in March I took some time off to help family and grieve or so i thought I though that honestly i had left most of my grief behind as the family had saw it coming for a long time however Clearly I let things slip on the ship to the point we are now on the Decommissioning Bubble

I fully intend to take responsibility and to get this ship back in shape however after that I will be stepping down as captain I just no longer have the time energy or mind set to be a captain though I will wish to stay on the memorial as CE so there it is I hope you all can forgive me and give it your all to keep this ship healthy so we can save her from a swift and ungrateful end
