Not long after being cleared by the counsellor , Marcus had one thing left to do, report to the XO

He did a quick check of his uniform. pressed the door chime when he was satisfied his clothews were looking tip top and waited for the XO to give permission to enter.

“Enter” Celador said.

The office looked like it was still in the process of being moved in. There were a couple boxes stacked, an empty bookshelf and the walls were bare. A desk was towards the right of the room, with two chairs directly on the opposite side. On the other side was a small couch

Celador looked up from some his desk. “Morning Lieutenant.” Celador greeted.

With that Marcus entered the room, stood an appropiate distance from the XO and stopped

“Morning Commander , I’m just reporting for duty , all my other boarding stuff has been done, I haven’t even seen my quarters yet , the XO would notice he had a kit bag over his right shoulder

“Relax, you must be the Chief Intelligence officer.” Cel states in observation. “I only found my office a few hours ago. Ever get the feeling like you are being rushed?” I ask simply sitting down in my chair and gesturing you to pick on opposite.

“To be honest Sir, I kind of like it”

Marcus said taking the seat the XO gestered

Celador sits down opposite and studies the man across from him for a moment.

“Tell me about yourself, not the official version, something that I can’t read in your file?” He asks curiously.
