As the doors slid open, K’sang paused to take in the layout. “Well it didn’t burn down” he said with half an arrogant smirk. Making his way across the floor he paused at the CSO’s office to make his presence known, the fleeting thought of sitting in Naim’s desk long enough to see her squirm passing as he pressed the door signal.

Kiama was in the middle of writing a report and in the middle of a sentence when K’sang pressed the chime. So as she quickly finished that sentence, it took a few seconds till she called, “Enter.”

Her back perfectly straight, and her eyes fixed on the door to her office, she wondered who it might be that wanted to talk to her. When K’sang entered the room, he would notice that there were no personal belongings present. Though there were two small stacks of PaDDs on the desk.
