Harry stepped into Six Forward, somewhat exhausted from a full day’s work fixing the issues that had been left by the starbase engineers. He glanced around the fairly empty room, before heading across to the bar. A steward pop her head up from behind the bar, where she had been restocking some of the authentic drinks they kept on board.“Good evening, what can I get you?” she asked, whilst giving Harry a slight smile.
“Can I get a Moscow Mule?” asked Harry. To his surprise, the steward nodded. He had half expected her to ask how to make it; what he hadn’t appreciated was that there was a PaDD just behind the bar that the steward was now using to find out the ingredients. A few moments later, the steward reappeared.
“One Moscow Mule.” she said proudly. “Tellarite Vodka, mixed with Betazoid Ginger Beer, with a twist of lime.” Now she was showing off.
“Thanks!” said Harry, taking a sip and savouring the prickly heat that tickled across his tongue and down his throat. Moving across to some of the seating area, he wondered if anyone else would join him.

Chief EngineerMwezi stepped into Six Forward after a long day of patrolling the decks. It was odd, going back to Junior Officer work after being XO for nearly 6 months, but he found he didn’t mind it too much. Those six months hadn’t been “business as usual” anyways. He was still wearing his uniform, not having felt up to going back to his quarters to change.
Noticing Archer in the seating area, he made note of his location, but went to the bar first to get a drink. “Something aromatic, low alcohol, please,” he requested, and was given a fruity cider of some sort - he didn’t pay much attention to its exact composition. Mwezi walked over to join the engineering chief. “This seat taken?”

Harry looked up from the PaDD he had been intensely focused on, his brow knitted into a frown, fixing his gaze on the tall Laleri. His eyebrows raised slightly in surprise, before he broke up into a smile. He hadn’t really expected the XO to have taken him up on an offer of a drink; people just tend to say yes out of politeness.
“Commander, please.” Harry said, gesturing to empty seat.
