The helmsman sat alone at a small table in 6 Forward contemplating his next move.

The mission was over, it had been for a while and the crew had been cleared of any wrongdoings and back to their own lives. This was the second time Kohana had to endure that scenario. The first was when he served aboard the USS Blackbird working deep cover in the unsanctioned Romulan relocation.

Things had finally settled down, but he still harbored resentment toward that Federation Security goon, Pikelsimer. The agent had treated Kohana as if he was some new booter just graduated from the Academy. Black Wolf wasn’t as experienced as Pikelsimer, but he did have a good amount of undercover work that he had been quite successful at.

It was about time to have a conversation with the man and get a few things straight. Chances were the two of them would be working closely from time to time and there had to be a degree mutual trust and respect.

Ship’s Computer

Kohana made his way to deck 9, pausing at the door to the comm center. He could have used his own access code to get in, but decided against it. He didn’t need to give Pikelsimer any more reason to dislike or distrust him. Instead, he hit his comm badge.
