“Sorry for stepping away, Mister Shanok.” Tenzing said as he approached the man. “I had to get something settled.., anyway what tasks have you for me?” Lt Cmdr Trainor added. It looked like a few of the officers were in the process of going over some equipment, while others were unpacking whatever items were brought with them.

”..As I explained a moment ago to your junior officer, if you could proceed with more manual efforts in digging up a recent dig site I have outlined I would appreciate it. The site is I believe home to an access point to a buried archive or library of some sort. Both of ancient books and scrolls and perhaps some sort of computer system based on surface scans I have performed in the past week before your arrival. I will trust you will endeavor to take full care in digging up this entryway and will inform me of any questions or discoveries you may come upon..” Shanok repeated.

Lieutenant Commander Trainor stood there relieved that he was able to do ‘mundane’ tasks. It’s been awhile since the man participated in a more peaceful assignment. “I’ll be sure to inform you of all findings.” Tenzing stated Part of him wanted to go about using a shovel, but knew a sonic drill would be more efficient.

Ooc Gm split the Engineer + sec over to a different thred. I Actually just commented that we seemed to have lost you.

Tenzing walked over to one of the sonic drills and examined it before turning the drill on. He wasn’t too sure what he was going to find, but knew whatever came up would be greatly important to Shanok. “Remember to let Shanok know if you find anything, even if you don’t think it’s important.” The COO called out to his team.
