Dominic took a deep breath he was getting ready to meet his new CMO this made him just a bit nervous. As Dominic took another calming breath he entered the sickbay looking around “Um excuse me I’m here too me my new CMO and have my medical Evaluation done.” He said with a slight tone of nervousness as he looked around as he waited patiently in case his CMO was busy.

Nurse Hulahan turned to fast the new arrival. ” Of course Ensign Please come in and have a seat on the main biobed. I will get the doctor for you.” As she walked off to the officer to get the doctor. Moments later she returned as the doctor was right behind her. “Hello, Ensign I am Doctor Trax Suder the Chief Medical Officer here nice to meet you, Ensign.” Trax said with a kind smile as he felt the nervousness of the ensign. “Nothing to worry about Ensign I won’t harm you.” As he grabbed a tricorder off the table beside him.

Dominic looked over at the nurse and smiled being polite “yes ma’am.” He said as he sat on the main biobed as instructed and waited for her to return with Suder. When she did he relaxed quite a bit “it’s a pleasure to meet you too sir. And I’m not worried about being harmed. And just to make sure you know I do suffer from seizures. I do of course take medicine for them.” He said making sure he knew that over anything else.

Nurse Hulagan went back to her duties then shortly later she went to the lab for checking on the experiments. “Of course Ensign Corvax I see here. you’re going to be my new Doctor welcome to medical.” Trax gave a quick scan from his tricorder as the computer scanned him as well checking all vitals. “All is looking good ensign How long ago was your last seizure?” Trax asked calmly to the officer as he ran checks from the main computer. As he calmly listened for the ensign’s response.

Dominic had to stop and think about when he actually had one it had definitely been recent” I think within the last 6 months. I cant remember the exact date it was recent I know that.....” he said trying to remember the exact time he had the seizure.

“thats ok ensign, what I am reading from your scans right now. everything look good and ok at this time.” Trax commented kindly to the officer. “Just Keep me posted on your seizure activity.” Trax said kindly. to him. “You’re free to go Ensign. You don’t have to report for duty till tomorrow this will give you time to settled into your quarters and get to know the ship better.” Trax said with a smile.

Dominic nodded understanding “yes sir,thank you.” He said politely as he got up but of course something was nagging at the back of his head. He was worried his seizures would resurface regardless of doing well with the meds.” Oh and if my seizures do resurface it might be caused by my meds not working anymore. It’s rare that I forget to take my medication for them. I’ve been more prone to the medication not working anymore. Just as a heads up Sir.” He said to him as it had came to mind.
