Shortly at the station, T’Nara had decided to take a break and eat some lunch. She hadn’t eaten since she arrived on the listenng post and it was the best time to do so.

Spenn saw the Captain enter. Having not meet her yet, he decided to approach. Once at a logical distance, he said in typical Vulcan fashion, “Captain. I am Spenn, the Chief Medical Officer of your ship.”

“Hello Mr. Spenn. I am about to have a seat. Would you care to join me?” She asked.

“Yes, I would,” Spenn nodded. “Where do you wish to sit?”

“I’ve actually had thought right over there.” She replied with a slight nod. She also gave a gesture of good faith.

“Then we shall sit.” Spenn said, sitting down. “I was pleased when I heard that Starfleet was appointing a Vulcan to the position of Captain. It was a logical choice.”

“I appreciate it Mr. Spenn. It was a very logical choice for them too. I however, am not quite accustomed to starfleet’s regulations but as a captain, I will adjust.” She replied.
