Attention: All Senior Staff and Department Heads

You are hereby directed to report to the Ship’s Conference Room at 1300 hours for a senior staff briefing.

The meeting will cover current ship operations, departmental readiness, crew status, and upcoming mission priorities. Come prepared with a concise report on your department’s operational status, any personnel concerns, maintenance or supply issues, and recommendations requiring command attention.

Punctuality is expected. If you are unable to attend due to an operational emergency, notify the Executive Officer’s office immediately and send an authorized representative.

I will see you all at 1300.
