Attention all personnel aboard the USS ArkAngel.

By order of Starfleet Medical and Command, the following personnel assignment is now effective immediately:

Lieutenant Mark Callous has been assigned to the USS ArkAngel as Medical Officer, Senior Staff Division.

Lieutenant Commander Spenn will assume direct supervisory responsibility for his integration into the Medical Department, including departmental orientation, duty roster assignment, and shipboard acclimation procedures.

All department heads are instructed to extend full professional cooperation during this transition period. Medical readiness standards are to remain at peak operational condition at all times.

Lieutenant Callous is to report to Sickbay Alpha at 0900 hours for formal onboarding and systems briefing.
