Crew of the USS Arkangel,

As many of you are aware, I have recently assumed the position of Executive Officer aboard this vessel. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and express how much I look forward to serving alongside each of you.

Every starship is defined by its crew. The Arkangel’s reputation for professionalism, dedication, and operational excellence is a direct reflection of the officers and enlisted personnel who serve aboard her. I am honored to join your ranks and become part of this exceptional team.

Over the coming weeks, I intend to meet with personnel from every department to gain a better understanding of your responsibilities, your goals, and the challenges you face in carrying out your duties. Open communication is essential to the success of any command, and I encourage each of you to share your insights and concerns.

My office door will remain open to any member of the crew who has questions, requires assistance, or wishes to discuss matters affecting their department or their ability to perform their duties. I firmly believe that a strong command team is built on mutual respect, accountability, and trust.

As we move forward together, I ask each of you to continue demonstrating the professionalism and commitment that have made the Arkangel an outstanding vessel within Starfleet. Let us remain focused on our mission, support one another, and maintain the standards expected of a Federation starship and her crew.
