Shortly after checking in with the commanding officer, he went back to the turbolift. “Sickbay.” He ordered the lift. The lift had then closed the doors and it had taken off. Shortly afterwards it had stopped. It landed on the deck where sickbay is on and he stepped off. He headed to sickbay. “Hello ensign Harmon here to do a medical check-in.

The doors to Sickbay parted with a soft hiss, immediately revealing the organized chaos common to a starship medical ward. Biobeds lined the main treatment area while nurses and medical technicians moved between stations carrying tricorders and padds. The sharp antiseptic scent mixed with the low hum of medical scanners filled the air.
A young nurse looked up from a nearby console as Harmon entered.
“Welcome to Sickbay, Ensign.” She gave him a quick professional nod. “Routine medical intake and physical evaluation?”
She motioned toward an open diagnostic station near the far wall where a biobed sat beneath an overhead scanner.
“Go ahead and have a seat there and the duty physician will be with you shortly.”

The sound of measured footsteps crossed the deck plating as the senior physician entered from one of the adjoining diagnostic offices. The teal-trimmed uniform jacket and the confident pace made it immediately clear she was not just another doctor on shift.
Charlotte Kelley stepped up beside the diagnostic bed, a medical padd tucked beneath one arm while the other hand adjusted the scanner mounted beside the biobed.
Her eyes briefly scanned the ensign before glancing down at the padd.
“Ensign Harmon.” Her tone was calm, direct, and professional. “I’m Doctor Kelley, Chief Medical Officer aboard the Ark Angel. Since you’re newly assigned, we’ll be conducting a full baseline medical evaluation for shipboard readiness.”
She set the padd down on the nearby counter and activated the overhead scanner. A faint blue field swept slowly over him from head to toe.
“Any current injuries, medications, allergies, prior surgeries, or ongoing medical concerns I need to know about before we begin?”
