While Alex was off from duty on the bridge since he didn’t have to be back on duty till the next day. Alex thought about the conversation that him and the doctor had the other day and smiled. He than went ahead and started to set up his dinner table that is in his quarters as he smiled, he set up some candle lit candles. Got some dinner on the table that looked good. Potatoes, corn, other vegetables and chicken with some other good foods. While standing there, he was just chilling.

Devin had fretted about what to wear for longer than she had intended and finally settled on a simple black blouse with cherry blossom flower petal motif on it and black slacks. Her hair was pulled back into a loose braid that hung down to her hips. She brought a plate of butter cookies. She rang the chime on Alex’s quarters and hoped she hadn’t kept him waiting too long.

He hears the chime go off and then walks up to the door to open up. “Hello Devin. Come on in.” He had said with a smile welcoming her into his quarters.
