I felt like it had been ages since he had stepped foot on a proper starship, though it had only been a couple of months. The Frontier Day attack on Starfleet by the Changeling and the Borg, and his resulting assimilation, had done weird things with his perception of time. Ensign Buddy Cullum had no memory of the events or how he became one of only a handful of others to survive the destruction of the USS Galatea. Or maybe he wouldn’t remember. Either way, he was grateful for the new ship and the distraction.

The doors to Sickbay whooshed open, and Ensign Cullum entered the area looking for the nearest medical personnel.

IC: NE Amelia Logan had heard the doors of sickbay swing open and looked up. She stood up from the desk in her office and started to walk out of the office. “Hello, I am Ensign Amelia Logan, temporary CMO until we have a full staff of Medical officers.” NE Logan had said. “How can I help you today?” NE Logan asked Ensign Cullum.

OOC: Don’t worry, until we get a GM, I’ll be taking care of all the NE stuff.
