USS Ark Angel
Main Sim - Deck 12 Plasma Fire
[snip]
As Stacey continued fighting the fire parts of it came under control, but others were spreading. From just behind him NE Richards called out tossing a huge section of the wall plating aside. “..Argh! I’m in! I can see the source but its 80ft further down the corridor! Its being fed I think from the external thruster module on the hull into the primary and secondary plasma junctions. Its also already bleeding down and up to the next decks, damnit!” He said grabbing another of the extinguishers and trying to fight the fire. “..Sir I think we have to brace for the worse here, no way we’re stopping this without a full vacuuming of decks 11, 12 and 13 in these sections to space there’s no other option to avoid it..” he said as another shudder went through the ship and a jolting spark of energy caused the flames to seem grow heavier

As the flames grew again, several force field emitters in the floor burst in a shower of sparks. A piece of the flooring - thankfully one nobody was standing on - slowly warped and broke off, falling to the floor of the deck 13 lab. Demil stared up through the newly-created opening, extinguisher in hand. “I’ve evacuated this section of the deck - I’m the only one here. There’s still a few force fields holding to prevent the fire from spreading, but I doubt they’ll last long,” he reported, spraying what fire he could. “Orders, sir, ma’am?” He asked the two department heads right above his head.
“Your Chief is heading to sickbay with an injured crewman,” Doctor Stacey called out through the engulfed hole. “I can’t leave here until the Sickbay has been fully evacuated,” Gavin added. The CMO maintained his stance for a moment before looking back through.
“We need to evacuate these sections on decks 11, 12, and 13 and prepare to vacuum the area,” The Doc yelled out over the plasma fire. “Make sure Lt. Azon is safe and the Sickbay is cleared out, then alert me when it does.” He said to a nearby damage control crewman. “Lis, tell the Bridge we’ve reached worst-case scenario and that we need to clear sections 19 to 33 on decks 11, 12, and 13 and make it a vacuum, once cleared.”

Right as Demil moved to contact the bridge, his combadge chirped.=^=Bridge to Fire Team… what’s the status on that plasma fire? We need to get that under control.=^=
=/\=”Ensign Lis here,” he replied. “We’ve reached worst case scenario. We’re evacuating sections 19 through 33 on decks 11 to 13, then we have to vent all of the air in order to contain the fire.”=/\=
With the fire growing more intense by now the option of leaving was at the most critical either they left or they got trapped, and/or got spaced in the soon to be vaccumed deck sections.....
He jumped away as another piece of deck came crashing down, the flames slightly singing the sleeve of his uniform. “I’m heading to the turbolift, before I get trapped here. I’ll rendezvous with you at the bridge,” he called up to Gavin.

Mar was about to respond when the cash and subsequent silence hit her ears. Her hand slammed into the comm on the console. =^=Ensign Lis! Respond!=^=
Mar counted to five and tapped her own comm badge =^=Bridge to Lis… Respond!=^=

Demil (not having heard Marlaa’s reply) moved to notify the bridge of the change in the situation and found his combadge missing, presumably having fallen off and been smashed under the debris. He hurried out of the fire zone, ordering the turbolift to the bridge and telling it not to allow anyone onto the deck without explicit command override. Then he leaned against the wall of the lift as it rose, breathing heavily.

With everyone clear the bridge (in that thread) was now clear to iniate the decompression of these decks/sections.....
OOC: Aka no need to reply further here!
