The full details of the Celebration of Life for Steven (Sat Oct.2nd) will be in Kate’s post in Command, but we wanted a place where those who couldn’t make it, or don’t think they’d be able to say anything, could take a moment and share something about Steven. It could be a funny memory from, a thread or post you loved, or anything like that. We might use some of these on Saturday if we find we need to fill in any breaks/pauses.

I unfortunately will not be able to attend, but I did want to share this.

I didn’t often get to interact with Steven, we just weren’t usually on the same ship at the same time. But he was one of the first members who made me feel really welcome after I joined and I remember very fondly how kind and funny he always was on the occasions I did have the opportunity to talk to him. The last time we spoke was in March of this year. He was putting together the last awards and needed some info, but he was still fun to talk to. He was a great guy and a great writer.

Rest In Peace Steven.
