These are hypothetical questions for all candidates.

1. Let’s say it’s a couple months from now and you’re either the President or Vice President. Someone approaches you explaining that they’ve found themselves in the middle of drama between members, at least some of which has to do with people disagreeing as they attempt to work with each other in the roles they have in STF’s government. The person says they’re tired of all the bickering and it’s just not worth it, but they don’t have any idea how to start making it better. How do you respond to this person and what actions do you take?
   

Assuming said person goes through the chain of command (XO>CO>Fcomm/AFcomm>etc) and it reached me unresolved. I would first inquire first what instigated this bickering between the two peoples roles. From there I would sit down with each person on each side to get their side of the story separately to ensure it is impartial as it could be. Once I had this I would try to find a workable solution of moderation between both groups if needed involving Sarah if anything is needed. From there assuming a plan formed I would help the original ‘tired’ person to help suggest changes and follow through with them to see this done where/when needed.

1. Same question, only you’re not an executive. If you would respond differently and take different actions than you answered above, what would you do?

Hi Adam could you clarify this 2nd question for me? I assume by not being an exec you mean not prez/vprez and something else like edir, fcomm, or co/gm? If so just let me know so I can fully answer your question thanks.
