There have been many changes in the last 10 years that have dramatically affected the direction of the club and I believe that a few years of active time within the club would give someone the knowledge base of the current climate for one to effectively serve as President.

What would you say are the top three changes in the last 10 years that have dramatically affected the direction of the club?

Since I know you’ve been a member since the mid-2000s as well, what would you say are the top three changes from the previous 10 years (e.g. 2000-2010) that are still having a significant impact today?
