I believe this will be my final question (unless you say something that sparks an idea):

I have been with the club, off and on, for some time now; during my time it has been my experience that the same people seem to serve in the cabinet.

So, my question is very basic:

1) How do you plan to ensure that a variety of people are allowed to serve in the club’s government?

Please consider the question by asking yourselves, how can I reach those that wish to serve but have not been chosen?

Louis and I plan to look where possible at candidates who can take up learning roles, like the assistant directors or afcomms. We also want to encourage a trickle down mentoring effort to engage younger members in future opportunities to learn and move up the ranks. We believe that by doing this we can get newer faces into the cabinet and fcomm roles over time. In essence leading by example of what you want to see done.
