How do you define the state of the Club that we’re currently in one sentence and how would you address it/fix it?

Hi AJ,

The sentence I would use to summarize the state of the club is this: The club is not well.

Steve and I are going to address it by realigning the membership, restructuring the organization, and continually reassessing the situation to correct the current state of affairs.
