Character Biography
Born in 2374, Ottum was born on Betazed. During the dominion War when Betazed was conquered by them. His family was one of the lucky few to escape the planet and they relocated to the Australian continent, in the City of Cairns. Having been brought up on Earth he developed an Australian Accent and complete most of his studies in Cairns.
