Like all Dy’allans, Dalaira has brown skin with white stripes covering her body from her collarbone down to her toes. On each temple is a violet coloured circle. Her waist long hair is white, as are her eyebrows.

Timeline:
2346: Born on Corsa (now Rai’vel), in the Dy’allan village of Do’zhen.
2377: Along with the other Dy’allan’s from villages of Sasta and Do’zhen who survived the massacres by the Corsan Militia, fled (with the help of sympathetic Corsans) to a planet two systems away where they set up a colony they dub Satalla.
2382: Chosen to serve in the Circle of Elders.
2387: Met the only surviving Chihao, Relann Fell and her Federation companions during the pandemic crisis on Rai’vel. Visited her old homeworld for the first time since she fled.
2389: Made an Ambassador for her people and comes to stay on the USS Atlantis.
