Background
Born into a family of civilian medics and search-and-rescue pilots, Elina Cho grew up surrounded by the principles of compassion, courage, and calculated risk. Her mother was a planetary first-responder, and her father flew atmospheric rescue missions across disaster zones. Elina learned to fly by age 14 and had completed first aid certifications before she could drive a ground car.

Driven by a need to help others where few dared to go, Elina joined Starfleet and excelled in both aerospace navigation and advanced trauma medicine. While she initially planned to become a medical officer, she transitioned into the Tactical Flight Corps after witnessing a Fleet Angels squad extract a wounded away team under fire. That moment defined her purpose: to fly into danger and bring her people home.
