Mental History: Aasu is a committed, action-oriented individual whose keen intuition and charisma enable them to navigate complex social situations. Described by former COs as down-to-earth, warm and assertive, Aasu demonstrates a unique ability to encourage, temper and redirect those around them. But, they refuse to coddle their patients. 2362 — Born to Oshekye Wena and Erades, a musician and healer, in Relliketh, Bajor.
2366 — Wena suffered terminal wounds during a fruitless revolt against Cardassian occupiers.
2366 — Under their father’s encouragement, Aasu begins learning Belaklavion to cope with troubling times.
2368 — Aasu suffers blunt force trauma to their skull after being knocked into a metal post.
2370 — Cardassian Occupation ends, Erades takes Aasu and relocates to a small lunar colony.
2373 — During a campus trip, Aasu fractures their lateral malleolous after attempting to run down a rocky hillside.
2374 — Erades joins the war effort in medical support, leaving Aasu with family friends, the Escajedas. Aasu attempts to follow their father but only gets as far as the city boundary.
