Noah was born in Picton, New Zealand in 2372. He spent his entire life there, a good student who did well in STEM subjects. His school reports say he is quiet and passive, noting a lack of confidence. He had a few friends but failed to move into larger social circles. His true passion was discovered when he found a flyer requesting help on fixing up a old shuttle. Through this he made friends with Benem d’Qorvos as well as discovering a real love of engineering.

On his starfleet entrance interview Noah mentioned his grandfather been his biggest influence. A thirty year starfleet veteran he retired and returned to New Zealand just as Noah was leaving school, pushing him to pursue his dream and join starfleet.

Noah has been an excellent student and cadet; showing enthusiasm and staying humble, whilst working well with others. His teachers have noted that he can still sometimes lack confidence and should be less reliant on his friend Benem in making new social connections.
