The crew members would notice that an alert came through on their duty schedules. All hands who were not on duty were invited to attend Nine Forward at 14:00 hours. The request has been sent by the Captain (which should probably suggest how much of this “request” was discretionary…)

Eshrallias was amongst the people conveniently off duty, at the time the man had requested, or moreover, invited officers to join him in the Nine Forward. Curiously, the young Andorian popped her head into the lounge, casually making her way in, as her head turned to search for any sign of people.
