Hilo arrived on the bridge shortly after his communication as promised, escorted by a security ensign. He stepped out of the turbolift and made his was around the bridge with his hand clasped behind his back to stand at Davis’ side, lowering his voice slightly. “Would you like my report here or in the ready room, Captain?”

Emmy looked up as the turbo lift doors slid open and nodded a greeting to the counselor. “Let’s go to my ready room,” she replied, getting to her feet and glancing around the bridge. “NE Don’tBreakIt, you have the bridge,” she murmured as she strode off…
