The coordinates beamed them directly into one of the main cargo holds on the Corvallen freighter. It was much like any cargo hold one could find on any freighter, with floor to ceiling storage areas along the perimeter, cargo containers organized and secured all over the floor, and a team that kept track of it all as things came and left.

A Corvallen deckhand came over. “We have sixteen containers. Are you ready to take them?” he said simply.

“Is all the cargo accounted for, nothing out of the ordinary?”

-Lieutenant Zunara: Chief of Security-

As soon as the team beamed over, Demil began quietly scanning the cargo for anything unexpected, as well as anything that might require special attention. He didn’t make a particular effort to hide it, but was intentionally not obvious about it either.

The deckhand gave Zunara a quizzical look. “What do you mean, out of the ordinary?” They gestured to the containers. “None of have disappeared either, so all sixteen are ready to be transported over.” The Corvallen wasn’t sure what they wanted to look over but would help however they could.

Lis’ scans would show nothing of note, though a couple crates had extra protective measures, presumably to ensure the contents went undamaged. All were climate controlled in some way.

“In that case, we better get underway, do you have any other deck crew that could give us a hand shifting these crates?”

“You don’t just want to beam them over to your cargo bay?” the Corvallen said.

Zunara held back a sigh, “Yes, but it would be better to collect them all in one area so that they can be beamed en masse.”

-Lieutenant Zunara: Chief of Security-

The deckhand just gestured to the same pile that they had indicated when the team had first beamed over. “Ah! Well, the cargo here you just scanned is all of it. Sixteen containers, ready to go,” they said gesturing to tidy stacks to their left.
