Better known as TECH — maintaining STF systems, tools and infrastructure.
What is TECH?
TECH is responsible for designing, developing, documenting, deploying and maintaining STF application code and technical infrastructure.
TECH develops and maintains Exodus, STF’s custom play-by-post roleplaying platform.
Background
STF has used custom software for roleplaying since moving from Prodigy to the World Wide Web in 1998. The Technical Board was formed in 2015 to meet the club’s growing technical needs.
Exodus entered production use on June 23, 2018.
