In the absesnse of any overriding cause not to, I am going to yield to the discretion of my Election Coordinator.

The Office of the Election Coordinator is hereby allowed to maintain for itself a system of primaries, to limit the field of candidates to be placed upon the final ballot, so long as:
- The timetable is maintained on the OEC website.
- All candidates are given notification by e-mail.
- The proceedures are posted in the Starfleet Command ship.
