Steven, This has been a long time coming and in my opinion, quite overdue. You have selflessly run Fleet 5 for quite some time and have been expected to perform above and beyond what your current rank demands. You have met every challenge, every obstacle with a poise that is worthy of so much more.
It is my pleasure to promote Steven Sigle to the rank of Fleet Captain. Well done.
