This is something that I have thought of for a while now. Lindsay has been an invaluable Rper for quite some time. She has stepped up as both a great Fleet Commander and running the Personal Department. Beyond this, she has been invaluable as a ear during my term and I can honestly say that STF is a better place because of her.
It is my pleasure to promote Lindsay Bayes to the rank of Fleet Captain. Congratulations Lindsay
