60 days ago I temporally demoted TJ Morgan to Commander based on his actions as Captain of the SS Bonaventure pending a 60 day review.
At the end of the 60 days I have looked back on TJ actions as CO of the SS Bonaventure. TJ has continued to serve the position of Commanding Officer brilliantly and with a dedication that other should emulate.
That being said there is the question of conduct of a Captain outside the realm of CO. TJ has flirted the line recently and has caused me to pause for a moment in deciding whether to reinstate him. However, this edict will serve two fold on the matter of conduct becoming a Captain.
First, I wanted to layout what I expect from Captains. It’s very simple. Follow the rules and guidelines set out and when posting please do not do it in anger. If you are upset or angry when posting walk away for 30 minutes and cool down. If you agree with what you wrote then fine.
Secondly, This is your final warning TJ. This has turned into something I don’t like and that is warning you about your conduct. This 60 day demotion was it, TJ. We talked about this and I believe we are on the same page.
All this being said TJ Morgan is hereby promoted back the rank of Captain and is retained as CO of the SS Bonaventure.
TJ, please don’t make me write another edict like these two again.
