Ok, boys and girls. It seems Mr. Spurlin has an unannounced Leave of Absense going on at the moment. At the same time, John Anglin of the USS Brandywine has stepped down as CO, thus leaving the crew with a command vacuum.
Thus, as acting President under the circumstances, I appoint Nick Lackie as Brandywine CO, with a promotion to Captain.

I am not sure of the need for this but this confirms Nick Lackies promotion to Captain and appointment as CO of the USS Brandywine.
