  1. Randy McClullick is having serious personal and ISP problems and therefore I am removing him as CO of the USS Ark Angel. Greg Hertzsch is hereby appointed CO of the USS Ark Angel.

  2. Captain Adam St. Clair is given command of the USS Dresden. The timing of these moves will be worked out by the COs to cause the lease disruption of the sims.

  3. Elana Rubin is hereby promoted to Captain and will assume command of the USS Ares when Owen Townes leaves as he has said he was doing. Once she takes command the Ares will be decommissioned and a new Visigoth Class ship, The USS Pict will replace it.
