1: Having heard nothing from the AT people since our agreement I am left with little choice in this matter. Edict # 11 merging the AT club with STF is hereby revoked.
2: Sinead Doyle is hereby promoted to Captain and is given command of the USS Apache, Visigoth Class, a new ship in Fleet One. It is understood that this ship is for new personnel and transfers should be keep to a minimum. All Department heads, save one should be new DHs if that is possible.
