Effectively immediately, Fleet 8 is commissioned, the USS Enteritis of the yet to be approved Slobberin Class is commissioned, both to be helmed by me, for life. Fleet 8 shall never, under any circumstances, have more than one ship (though it may have as many starbases and outposts as it wants).
