Effective immediately, Steve Ashton is named the new CO of the USS Victorious in Fleet 1. If he needs to be repromoted to captain, then this also promotes him to captain. But I’m sure he still holds that rank, so forget this last part.
Good luck Steve. We can chat (you and Greg and I) about the proposal of retiring the Victorious or not. I can see both sides of the issue, so I’ll wait on that step.
