When I arrived in the club, I had no idea who Brian Olinski was, but that he must’ve been quite something to have a ship and ship class named for him. A legacy is something passed down through many years, and it is fitting to appoint to the command of the USS Brian A. Olinski, someone newer. To add to a new generation of Captains and carry on that legacy. With due consultation from the Meridian Fleet Commander, I hereby promote Kieron Hoult to the rank of Captain and appoint him as Commanding Officer of the USS Brian A. Olinski.
