I joined STF in 2017. The first message of welcome on my arrival was from Lindsay B. In 2019, I started making a nuisance of myself, trying to get my GMT underway. Lindsay and Geoff decided to bring me into the GMD. Linds trained me, and taught me. Just so we could spend hours talking things over because we were still coming at each new issue from different places. And together we came up with the best solutions we could.
I’ve learned a lot about her in the time I’ve known her. She’s always putting this group first. She shows up whenever you need her. She has been reliably a mentor, a sounding board, a writing partner, and a friend. And I am not the only one with that story.
I hereby promote Lindsay B to the rank of Admiral for long service and dedication to community. Thank you Lindsay for everything you’ve done for this club and its members.
