This club was founded in 1991. In 2004, David Fergusson took command of the USS Merrimack, a position he still holds. He’s been in that same command for twenty years. This is a remarkable example of dedication to the club and to a ship that has survived all those twenty years. For this dedication and a job well-done, I hereby promote David Fergusson to Rear Admiral.
Congratulations David, and well earned!
