Kirt Gartner has decided to step down from command of the USS Memorial. After some searching, a suitable successor was found. As of now, I name Jake Ridgely the new CO of the Memorial. Already having achieved the rank of Captain, no promotion is necessary. Welcome back to the center chair, Jake.
