Due to health concerns, Calé Reilly has elected to step down from the role of Commanding Officer of the USS Ogawa. We thank her for her long dedication to the ship.
To take the CO post of the USS Ogawa, with the consent and advice of the Pioneer Fleet Commander, I name Lindsay Bayes. Being already above the rank of Captain, no promotion is necessary.
