It has come to my attention that Ray Branch has been acting CO of the Wolverine for some time. This simply will not do. With the consent of the Fleet Commander, and having checked the ship’s health and wellbeing under Ray’s command, I hereby appoint him Commanding Officer of the USS Wolverine, with all the rights and privileges that come with the office.
