Time to correct an historic injustice.
Johnson-2 Edict #7 is hereby rescinded, restoring Lerner Edict #7 to full force.
That being said, due to space inflation (or expansion? Same thing, probably…), the fleet and department allocation is hereby increased to 4.42% going forward.
Due to the restoration of the fish budget, it would appear that the Fish Budgetary Officer (see here) is back in force. However, I wish to be clear. To ensure the Separation of STF Powers, and for the good space governance and accountability of all space-related powers, the Office of the President can only set the fish allocation budget. It remains the sole power of the Office of the Dolphin to determine the process for a Fish Budgetary Officer.
It would therefore appear that the current FBO is the Viscacha, who may resume his duties.
