Wait, the Ox isn’t currently a CO at the moment? That’s ridiculous. On the positive side, I have these awesome powers as President that let’s me fix that.
Based on the recommendation of the Fleet Commander, Foremost Fleet, Jeremy DeSpain is hereby appointed as the Commanding Officer of the USS Manhattan, due to Philip Graham having to resign because of personal circumstances.
Congratulations, Jeremy, and good luck with everything, Philip.
(Oh, and has anyone else noticed how David “I’m just pretending to look like an innocent Kiwi” Shotton is going through his fleet’s command staff like a Kiwi on a mission… <EG>)
