“So long, and thanks for all the fish.”
All departments or fleets that have a cake budget, cookie budget, or other delicious food-related budget are now required to allocate 2.42% of each quarter’s budget towards fish of equal quality.
The fish reserve of the budgets shall be forwarded to the Dolphin for his various quality and taste tests. These tests may or may not exhaust the fish provided.
All disputes regarding this edict, including, but not limited to, the type of fish, the penalty of failure to comply with this edict, whether other seafood is a reasonable substitute, what (if any) role white lab mice have with this edict, how this edict applies to various colours of jello, and whether or not this silly excuse for an edict will actually be enforced, shall be resolved by the Dolphin or his designated animal delegate.
